American College of Surgeons, STOP THE BLEED® Program
The purpose of the STOP THE BLEED® campaign is to better prepare the public to save lives if people nearby are severely bleeding. This preparation is done by raising awareness and teaching people how to learn three quick actions to control serious bleeding.

The Community Care series of lectures will provide pragmatic and informed solutions to pertinent issues that are part of the contemporary cultural experience. Developed in partnership with trained professionals and community organizers, these courses are geared towards the lay person, empowering all community members.

This is the final event in the Community Care Series.
