The themes from Swan Song provide the perfect opportunity for a simple project that explodes into a bloom of wildflowers. Supplied with Michigan native seeds and other natural materials participants build seed bombs – a fun object that can be tossed into a field, your backyard, or gifted to your favorite gardener.
Swan Song is organized by the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit. Exhibitions and programs at Mike Kelley’s Mobile Homestead are funded by the Mike Kelley Foundation for the Arts.
