Admission: This event is free and open to the public. MOCAD has a $10 suggested donation or is free for MOCAD members.

Join us for a collaborative workshop with Keep Growing Detroit to explore the ideas of food sovereignty highlighted in LaKela Brown’s exhibition Seeding Adornment. We will learn about and package seeds for Keep Growing Detroit’s Garden Resource Program, which provides supplies for residents and communities throughout Detroit, Highland Park, and Hamtramck to start their own sovereignty gardens.
