Artist Martha Mysko and Susanne Feld Hilberry Curator Isabella Nimmo will hold an informal in-gallery conversation exploring Mysko’s new body of work in her solo exhibition, Retail Therapy. Attendees will gain insight into her process, inspirations, and the themes that shape the exhibition.
MARTHA MYSKO
MARTHA MYSKO (b. 1982, Baltimore, MD) is an artist whose color-saturated works explore consumerism, class, taste, value, and material culture through the language of painting. She received her MFA in Painting from Cranbrook Academy of Art (2011), where she is currently Artist in Residence and co-Head of the Painting Department.
