Celebrating Bend, Break, Mend, this Family Day offers MOCAD visitors a chance to explore Karyn Olivier’s new exhibition through a day full of art-making activities.
11am–3pm: Inspired by Bend, Break, Mend, explore contrasting materials and textures to create mini sculptures!
1pm–3pm: Experience 463NCY with rootoftwo. Central to Anyspace? Whatever., this tabletop game casts participants as agents navigating a surveillance-driven city.
1pm–3pm: Make one-of-a-kind band tees inspired by playful posters in Music from Dimensions Tomorrow.
3pm–5pm: Join Karyn Olivier, Samantha A. Noël, and Jova Lynne for an intimate conversation exploring the ideas, research, and artistic processes that shape Olivier’s practice.
