We’re excited to have you! You will be receiving an email in your inbox momentarily with details about your membership and some fun things going on around the Museum. You will also be receiving an email directly from Cuseum with access to your MOCAD digital membership card in the next week or so, but don’t worry, you don’t have to wait until you receive your card to access your benefits.

What if I don’t have my membership card on me when I visit the Museum?
No problem. Just let the Visitor Services staff know that you’re a member and they’ll look up your details.
I either don’t have a smartphone or would rather not use a digital membership card. Can I get a physical membership card?
We totally understand that digital membership cards aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. If you would like to receive a physical membership card in the mail, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “physical membership card please”. In the body of the email include your name and confirm your mailing address. We will get a physical card in the mail to you within 7 business days.
Can my children access my Membership Benefits?
If you have a Dual/Family membership or above, your membership includes all children in your household who are under 18 years of age. You are welcome to include their names when you subscribe and we will add them to your record, but this isn’t necessary for them to access your membership benefits.
Does my membership include reciprocal benefits with other Museums?
Memberships at the New Wave level and higher include reciprocal benefits through the Mod/Co, ROAM, and NARM programs. Visit the websites below for more information on participating Institutions and benefits.
How do I access my membership discount in the online MOCAD Store?
Great question! There is a discount code for members so that they can access their 10% membership discount in our online store. If you don’t have this code, email email@example.com and we will get that code to you.
If I become a member and/or sign up for your newsletter, will I suddenly start getting contacted by other organizations?
Any information that we collect about our members and our patrons is used internally only to better understand and serve our audience. We don’t sell or share any personal information.
Are memberships transferable or refundable?
No, memberships are not transferable or refundable.
