John FM is a young Detroit native who has spent the last two years carving out a reputation as a remarkable talent to watch. His releases of futuristic soul and mutant techno with Omar-S on FXHE set up wild underground curiosity, with the recent releases via Trilogy Tapes serving to cement this anticipation.
If you are reading this you are already in The TETRA’s m-field. What is The TETRA? And what is an m-field? A morphic field is the phenomenon of separate people (often unknown to each other) all focused on shattering the same limitation. Of all the words written in the world, you have found these. Which means we are energy-aligned. Otherwise, this text would simply be a blur that fails to resonate. We’ve built an underground world of code, through music, poems, rituals and science, to radically lock-pick…well, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. The TETRA is a journey. Welcome. Don’t panic. All you have to do to find out more is—show up.
During the opening, become a member of MOCAD or renew your membership at any level and receive a special gift from a curated selection of museum merchandise
